Swimming Pool Repairs
The Platinum service is as much a description of the service needs of a pool owner as it is a service program. The Platinum service program consists of 2 service visits per year (every 6 months). The physical duties are to clean and lubricate the necessary mechanical items designated by the manufactures recommendations. (Like changing the oil, check brakes, rotate tires on your car.) WE do visual inspection and testing of approximately 70 points many of which are safety related as well as wear areas that can cause additional expenses.
We Guarantee It
If a problem is not pre diagnosed and to insure the highest quality of technical attention during the every 6 month service, we extend a 60 day labor warranty on the approximately 70 items visually checked. What that means is if one of the items marked on the report as ok needs attention within 60 days of the platinum service call the customer will NOT be charged for a service call or any labor. He will only be charged for the parts.
